6 for 6.15pm start! 30 mins strictly for business, first course served at 6.45pm.
Guest speaker allocated time is 20 minutes.
Second course served at 7.10pm.
This format allows members to come for the business part of the meeting only if that is all they can manage among other commitments, and allows time for socialising at the conclusion of the meeting for those who wish to stay longer.
